About this rug
Haze is a grey diamond lattice on white, softly blurred like fog, in a soft cut pile that is pleasant to stand on. The yarn is New Zealand wool, table-tufted by hand in India, which makes a dense, even pile. White shows marks, so plan on blotting spills quickly. Lattice edges can vary slightly between rugs.
Living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms and studies with pale floors and white walls, where a light rug keeps the room open. Keep it away from entrances where outdoor shoes bring in dirt.

Measuring. Leave 30–45 cm (12–18 in) of floor showing around the rug. Under a dining table, allow 60 cm (24 in) beyond each side so chairs stay on the rug when pulled out.

Care
- Vacuum once a week on suction only, with the beater bar off.
- Blot spills straight away with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.
- Wool sheds a little in the first weeks. Regular vacuuming clears it.
- Snip any loose end level with the pile. Never pull it.
- Turn the rug every six months so it wears and fades evenly.
- Use a rug pad on hard floors so the rug stays flat and does not slip.
- For a deep clean, use a professional rug cleaner.

How long will my rug take?
Handwoven and hand-tufted rugs generally take 4–6 weeks to make and deliver to your home. Hand-knotted rugs take around 13–14 weeks.

Can I see the colour before I order?

Will a new wool rug shed?
New wool rugs can shed loose fibres at first. Gentle, regular vacuuming helps. If you’re concerned about your rug, send us a photo and we’ll help.
How do I look after it?
Vacuum weekly without a beater bar, blot spills with a dry white cloth, rotate every 6–12 months and use a rug pad. Full care guide.
