Shipping & Delivery

Every rug is handmade for your order in Jaipur, India. We offer free worldwide shipping, with taxes and import duties included.

Making your rug

The making time depends on the rug’s construction, size and design.

• Hand-knotted rugs generally take approximately 13–14 weeks to make.
• Other constructions often take approximately 4–6 weeks to make.

Please check the timing shown on your product page or confirmed in your custom quote. 

For custom orders, we confirm when making will begin once the specifications and payment are agreed.

Delivery

Once your rug is ready, we arrange shipping and send your tracking details. Delivery time depends on your destination and will be confirmed separately from the making time.

If making or delivery is delayed, we will let you know and provide an updated estimate.

Shipping, taxes and duties

Shipping is free worldwide. Our prices include applicable taxes and import duties, so you should not be asked to pay additional customs charges to receive your rug.

If a carrier requests a tax or duty payment, please contact hello@monolithandheart.com before paying so we can resolve it.

Your delivery details

Please check your delivery address when ordering. If it needs to change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the carrier can change its destination.

If tracking shows a delivery problem or your rug has not arrived, contact us with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier.
