About Monolith & Heart

Monolith & Heart is the trading name of The Owl Artisans, based in Jaipur, India.

These terms apply to purchases made through our website and orders agreed directly with our team. Your applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Product information

We aim to describe our rugs accurately, including their materials, construction, dimensions and making times.

Our rugs are handmade. Small variations may occur, but the rug you receive must match its description and any specifications agreed with you.

Room illustrations and styled photographs help show possible placement. Please refer to the product description and confirmed dimensions when choosing your rug.

Orders

Please review your design, size, delivery address and payment details before placing an order.

We will contact you if there is a genuine error or an issue that prevents us from fulfilling your order. We will not substitute a different rug or charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund any payment received for it.

Prices and payment

The applicable price is the total confirmed at checkout or in your agreed quote. Shipping, taxes and import duties are included.

Any later change affecting the price must be agreed with you before proceeding.

Making and delivery

Estimated making and delivery information is shown on the product page or confirmed with your order. 

If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you to explain the situation and discuss the options available under your order and applicable law.

Cancellations and returns

Our Cancellations & Order Changes policy and Returns, Damage & Refunds policy explain how we handle cancellation requests, faults and incorrect orders.

Those policies do not remove rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Website content

Our photographs, illustrations, text and branding belong to Monolith & Heart or their respective rights holders. Please obtain permission before using them commercially.

Responsibility

We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. These terms do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. This does not deprive consumers in other countries of mandatory protections that apply to their purchase or rights to bring proceedings where applicable law permits.
