Made-to-measure rugs for your room
Start with a rug from our custom-size collection, or send a reference for a bespoke enquiry. Available dimensions, shapes and colours depend on the design and construction.

Your quote confirms what can be made, the price and timing before you order. Free worldwide shipping, taxes and duties are included in our confirmed price. Making and delivery are separate parts of the schedule.
Handmade dimensions can vary slightly. Tell us if the rug needs to fit within a fixed space so we can confirm an appropriate tolerance before you order.
Custom rug questions
How much does a custom rug cost?
The price depends on the design, materials and size. Send us the rug you like and your measurements. We’ll send a quote for you to review before you order.
How long does it take?
Hand-knotted rugs take about 13–14 weeks to make. Handwoven, flatweave and hand-tufted rugs take about 4–6 weeks. Delivery takes additional time. Your quote will include the estimated shipping date, and we’ll explain any extra time needed for a sample.
Can you match my colours?
Many designs can be made in other colours. Send a fabric, paint reference or photo and we’ll discuss the options. A sample can help you check the colour in your own light.
How exact is the size?
Sizes can be made in inches or centimetres. Handmade rugs can vary slightly from the ordered size — tell us if an exact fit matters, for example inside a border or wall to wall.
I’m an interior designer — is there trade pricing?
Yes. Our Trade Program gives designers trade pricing, custom-size quotes and project support.
Can I check the colour or texture before ordering?
Ask about sample options for the specific rug. We’ll confirm what is available, any cost and the timing. Screens and lighting can affect how colours appear.
