The sourcing workflow, start to finish
- Brief and mood board — share the project's palette, style direction and room dimensions.
- Sample request — trade partners get priority access to physical samples before specifying at scale.
- Spec and custom sizing — we confirm size, colourway and, where feasible, fibre adjustments against your brief.
- Trade quote — 15% off retail (20% for regular repeat accounts), with shipping, duty and VAT set out in the quote before you confirm.
- Production — hand-knotted rugs usually take 13–14 weeks; other constructions usually take 4–6 weeks. We confirm the estimate for your order.
- Tracked delivery — direct to the client site or project, so you can plan the installation date.
Getting samples and specifying at scale
For one rug, a sample and a straightforward quote is usually enough.
